How LuxeHG LLC handles the information you give us

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service. Through the SMS enrollment form we collect:

• Name — the full name of the person enrolling.
• Mobile phone number — the number that will receive operational text messages.
• Email address — used for non-urgent correspondence and as a backup contact.
• Role — cleaner, maintenance, local agent, property owner, or other.
• Property or market — the property you service or the market you cover.

We also record the date and time consent was given and the page on which it was given, so that authorization can be documented. In the course of managing a property we may also hold owner contact details, property addresses, vendor invoices, and regulatory filing records.

We do not collect payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.

2. How mobile phone numbers are used

Mobile phone numbers collected through this site are used for one purpose: sending operational text messages about the properties you are connected to. That includes maintenance tickets, turnover assignments, escalations, owner approval requests, property status, and compliance deadline reminders.

LuxeHG does not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not use enrolled numbers for advertising, lead generation, or any purpose other than the operational program described on the SMS enrollment page.

3. SMS consent is never shared or sold to third parties

This applies whether the number was enrolled through the form on this site, provided in a signed vendor or owner agreement, or given to us in writing by any other means.

4. Service providers

To deliver messages, we use messaging and communications providers that transmit texts on our behalf. These providers process phone numbers only to deliver our messages and are not permitted to use them for their own marketing. This is message delivery, not data sharing for marketing.

We may also disclose information where required by law, by subpoena, or by a governmental or regulatory authority, or where necessary to protect the safety of a person or property.

5. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any LuxeHG text message to stop all further operational texts to that number. You will receive a single confirmation message, and then no further messages. Reply HELP to any message for program information and contact details.

You may also email sales@luxehg.com to be removed from the program, to correct your information, or to request a copy of the information we hold about you. Opting out of text messages does not affect your contract or working relationship with LuxeHG; we will contact you by email or phone instead.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as it serves an operational, legal, or accounting purpose.

• Contact and enrollment details are retained while you are an active vendor, agent, or owner, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute purposes.
• Consent records — including the date, time, and page where consent was given, and the consent language shown at that time — are retained to document that authorization existed, including after a number has opted out. Retaining an opt-out record is also how we make sure a number that has opted out is not messaged again.
• Compliance and filing records for managed properties are retained in line with the record-keeping periods that apply to tax and licensing filings.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Security

Access to contact information and consent records is limited to LuxeHG personnel and providers who need it to do the work. We use access controls and reputable, access-restricted systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Children

This site and the SMS program are intended for adults conducting business with LuxeHG LLC. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how mobile numbers or SMS consent are handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
