The Auggie is a four-bedroom, three-bath home in St. Augustine’s historic district, on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Uptown neighborhood next to downtown. It sleeps eight, and St. George Street, restaurants, shops and landmarks are within walking distance.
The backyard is made for staying in: a putting green, a fire pit, a gas grill and a large patio overlooking the garden. Inside there’s a shuffleboard table, board games and a kids’ play area with toys and books.
One bedroom is on the main floor at the back of the house, with its own door to the patio. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, including the primary with a king bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has new appliances and comes stocked with cookware, baking dishes, flatware, plates and glassware.

Friends weekend getaway
We loved the Auggie! This house was so clean, comfortable and fully stocked. The shuffleboard and firepit were a bonus! Perfect location to shops and restaurants and a short walk to downtown. The host Jason responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again
Sisters trip
What a beautiful home. Spotless, comfortable and well appointed with all you need for a very comfortable visit. The walk to town is easy and the neighborhood is sweet.
Shuffleboard, S’mores, and St. Augustine Magic
Our group of six (four adults and two college students) had the most incredible stay at The Auggie from December 18–21. The location is absolutely unbeatable for experiencing the Nights of Lights; we loved being able to walk for ice cream at Scoops without worrying about parking.
The house itself is a dream. We made full use of the modern, fully stocked kitchen and spent a great evening grilling steaks outside. Between the intense family shuffleboard tournaments and ending our nights with s’mores by the firepit, there was never a dull moment. It truly felt like a luxury home away from home with every amenity we could possibly need. We can't wait to come back!
wonderful location
This was the perfect meet up for our family holiday! The location was wonderful for getting to downtown, about a 15 minute walk but far enough away to have a quiet street during nights of lights. We had plenty of space to spread out and the backyard was wonderful for the energetic toddler in the group.

Policies for direct bookings
Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo or another platform follow that platform's payment, cancellation and damage terms; the house rules below apply to every stay.
Booking direct is at least 10% less than booking the same stay on Airbnb, Vrbo or other booking sites. Rates and availability are shown at checkout.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out needs the manager’s written approval in advance.
Up to 8 guests, including children. The person booking must be at least 25 and stay at the property; only registered guests may stay overnight.
30% at booking. The remaining 70% is charged automatically 5 days before arrival; bookings made within 5 days of arrival are paid in full.
Prepayments are refunded 100% if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 50% at 14 to 29 days, and not at all within 14 days. Travel insurance is recommended.
A $250 hold is placed on your card 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after departure if nothing is owed. Or choose the $75 damage waiver at booking instead of the hold.
No pets of any kind. Service animals are accommodated as required by law.
Up to 4 vehicles: 3 in the driveway and 1 in the rear alley space. Street parking is at your own risk.
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside.
Florida state and local sales taxes and the St. Johns County tourist development tax are added to the total.
