Hide’n Go Creek sits directly on Mountaintown Creek inside Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community in Ellijay, Georgia. The cabin has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a loft, and sleeps eight. Guests can also use the resort’s amenities, including the pool, gym, picnic areas and recreation center.
Most of the time here is spent outside: on the large covered deck, in the hot tub, or at the fire pit by the water. Indoors, the game room has a pool table, foosball and darts, and the primary bedroom has its own fireplace.
Mountaintown Creek is known in the area for trout fishing, so bring your gear; guests are responsible for any required Georgia fishing license. Downtown Ellijay’s shops and restaurants are about a 15-minute drive.

Peaceful Creekside Escape
We had an amazing stay at this cabin and would absolutely return. It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenience to nearby wineries, hiking, and town. Tucked away in a gated neighborhood, it felt very private, and we saw countless deer every time we drove in and out.
The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space made it easy to relax and unwind.
We also appreciated how accommodating it was for our dogs, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway.

This long weekend was exactly what we all needed! So much fun! We loved it all...from the creek view to the hot tub to the pool table and everything in between! Jason was very responsive to all messages and the cabin had everything we needed! Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!
Absolutely Perfect
This place was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Being right on the river was great for our fishing (despite not catching much) and our dogs loved playing in it. The fire pit was enjoyable at night for s’mores and the hot tub made for a perfect end cap. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. I also work remotely and the internet speeds were incredibly fast!! I had zero issues working. It even reached by the water! Can’t wait to return!
Amazing Holiday
This beautiful cabin overlooking the creek had everything we needed for an amazing holiday weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to spend more time soaking in nature there. Booking details
Policies for direct bookings
Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo or another platform follow that platform's payment, cancellation and damage terms; the house rules below apply to every stay.
Booking direct is at least 10% less than booking the same stay on Airbnb, Vrbo or other booking sites. Rates and availability are shown at checkout.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out needs the manager’s written approval in advance.
Up to 8 guests, including children. The person booking must be at least 25 and stay at the property, and a full guest list is required before arrival instructions are sent.
30% at booking. The remaining 70% is charged automatically 5 days before arrival; bookings made within 5 days of arrival are paid in full.
Prepayments are refunded 100% if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 50% at 14 to 29 days, and not at all within 14 days. Travel insurance is recommended.
A $250 hold is placed on your card 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after departure if nothing is owed. Or choose the $75 damage waiver at booking instead of the hold.
Dogs only, with prior approval: up to 2 dogs, $100 per stay.
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
You’ll check in at the Coosawattee River Resort security gate using the details in your arrival instructions. The last three-quarters of a mile is gravel and cell service can be unreliable, so save your directions before you leave and plan to arrive before dark on your first visit.
Georgia state and local sales, lodging and hotel-motel taxes are added to the total.
